2M3 MicroBulk Cylinders, MicroBulk Storage Systems
Microbulk systems are cost-effective storage tanks designed for on-site refill. While smaller than conventional bulk systems, they still ensure a reliable supply of top-grade gas in your facility.
MicroBulk Storage Systems offer a versatile solution for various industrial gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide (N2O), and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
These systems are specifically designed for high-pressure, high-flow applications, making them ideal for demanding processes such as laser cutting, metalworking and fabrication, high-accuracy welding, scientific applications, medical oxygen delivery, food & beverage production, electronics manufacturing and testing, and inert gas purging and blanketing.

Benefits of the bulk storage system in miniature
Compact Design: Miniature bulk storage systems are designed to occupy less space compared to full-scale bulk storage systems.
Reduced Storage Capacity: Miniature Bulk storage systems have a smaller capacity than standard bulk storage systems. They are designed to hold a moderate quantity of cryogenic liquid, typically ranging from a few hundred to several thousand litres.
Vessel Insulation: Bulk tanks in miniature, like their full-scale counterparts, use vacuum-insulated storage vessels to maintain low temperatures, minimize heat transfer, and reduce cryogenic liquid loss.
Pressure Control: Gas storage tanks in Miniature have a pressure-building system to maintain the required pressure, ensuring a steady supply and consistent flow of liquid argon during withdrawal.
Safety Features: Safety is a crucial aspect of microbulk systems. They incorporate safety features such as pressure relief devices, gauges, and valves to prevent overpressure situations and ensure proper operation.
MicroBulk Systems offers an intermediate solution between gas cylinders and bulk systems and is an attractive option if your business’s requirements outstrip those of standard cylinder tanks, but bulk volumes exceed your needs. They are especially useful if tanks between 450 and 7,000 litres for on-site filling can be permanently installed for convenient filling needs. A Microbulk delivery system replaces high-pressure or liquid cylinders with a stainless steel, low-pressure storage tank, available from 230 to 5,500 litres, depending on the gas and volumes you need.
