LNG Cryogenic tank
An LNG cryogenic tank is a specialized storage vessel that contains liquefied natural gas (LNG) at extremely low temperatures. LNG is a clear, odorless, and non-toxic form of natural gas that is cooled to approximately -162 degrees Celsius (-260 degrees Fahrenheit) to convert it into a liquid state, allowing for easier storage and transportation.
LNG cryogenic tank is made of a double-layered cylindrical structure; the inner cylinder and its piping are made of stainless steel S30408, the outer casing is made of alloy steel Q245R, the interlayer is filled with expanded perlite, and the specially treated adsorbent is set at the same time.
DSW is a recognized global supplier in designing and manufacturing a wide range of cryogenic equipment, including LNG storage and transportation systems. We offer various types of LNG cryogenic tanks, such as vertical and horizontal storage tanks, ISO containers, and fueling stations.
